Duane is a retired US Air Force officer with over 30 years of experience finding solutions and creating value as a logistician and emergency manager in both the Department of Defense and First Responder communities. Duane holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Grambling State University and an M.A. in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University.

Harriett Loney, SVP of Curriculum. Harriett D. Loney is a Certified Instructor & Facilitator, ICF credentialed Coach, and Team Coach for the Department of Defense and the John C. Maxwell Team. She is a founder and entrepreneur of iSpark Transformation, LLC, with 30+ years of U.S. Air Force military service and federal experience. She has strategized with business leaders, coached executives, and teams, and mentored managers to reach their success goals. Harriett’s purpose is to empower people by assessing situations and challenges and laying solid, workable plans of action to achieve Blueprints for Success.

Henry is an IT professional and Adjunct Professor at NYU with 30 plus years of business and IT experiences. Henry has extensive experience as a program manager, project manager, leading IT architecture and strategy efforts. Henry has created multi-year architecture and application road-maps and business capability models, refined strategy, and a “go-to-market” process for mobile digital marketing start-up.

Shaheed Shabazz

Dr. Shabazz received his Masters of Human Services from Lincoln University and a Doctorate of Education from Fielding Graduate University. He developed a theory entitled, “Brotherhooding “, A Grounded Theory Study from revolution to Self-Evolution. His theory was derived from studying former members of the Black Panther Party for Self- Defense and The Nation of Islam. This theory consists of three dimensions: Forming Up, Cultivating a Mindset, and a Segmenting Moment.
